Catching Up on March 30, 2016 at 7:47 am

Well I have been out at work for now almost 6 months. The only thing that had people concerned is the bathrooms. I only use one floors bathrooms mainly because they are the cleanest. This only impacted 4 people on our floor. One had no problem at all the others were iffy. Now it is not a big deal, I guess it took time for them to get used to another girl always using the restrooms with them. I also now have a boyfriend for around two months from this post. I still have dysphoric episodes but not as bad as they were before I transitioned. 99% of the time my coworkers refer me with my legal name "Ami" and use the correct pronouns I even overheard them using the correct pronouns while I am not there as well. I am thankful I work at a place that is this open. I just hope it continues like this.

The Transgender Community by the Numbers

We need to lower the Attempted Suicide and increase number of states with protections.

Trans Health Fail Tweets on August 6, 2015 at 9:41 am

Lately there has been a bombardment of tweets of peoples experiences at the doctors. Please tweet #transhealthfail if you have had any issues. I personally only had people get ticked off at me not tell me to go somewhere else.
